Great news, March sales and listings increase

Active listings doubled in March, drawing buyers to the area. As a result 25 single-family homes were sold, 2 more than March of 2009. Prices remained relatively stable, in spite of the increased inventory, and changes to bank policies. I expect this trend to continue through April and May, providing opportunities for both buyers and sellers willing to enter the market.
