Although sales more than doubled from December of 2008, both sales volume, and average sale price for the year were down about 7% from 2008. As inventory dropped in the latter part of the year, homes started selling more quickly, and prices appear to have levelled off. I'm optimistic about the first quarter of 2010, and expect properties to sell quicker, and prices possibly rise a little. I would be happy to meet with you to discuss the Real Estate market, and assist you in planning for a successful move, whether now, or later in the year.
If you are considering a move, I would be happy to discuss the Real Estate market, and assist you in planning for a successful move.
