Sales increase in May, as do listings

The single-family listings peaked at 111 in late May, while sales increased only slightly. Simply put, we are seeing less than 1 in 5 homes selling. Decreased price differential between larger, more expensive homes, and entry-level properties will benefit move-up buyers, and well-well-priced, well-marketed homes should continue to sell in the summer months.
