Sales remain stable while listings increase

The increase in listings should prove to be good news, as a better selection will encourage activity in the area, and, of course, buyers will have a better chance of finding their next home. As well, 6 of the 10 sales in February were in the $500,000 to $600,000 price range, indicating more confidence in area Real Estate.
