Panorama Hills out performs the Calgary Market

Single-family home sales in the area increased in October by over 30%, while the city sales dropped by 7%. As well, there were 3 sales at or above $800,000, the best activity we have seen in the high end market this year. With less than 80 active listings at the time of writing, there is still time to sell in 2010 before inventory increases in the New Year.
