Time to list for fall market

Although single-family sales dropped again in August, the number of active listings remained between 80 and 90 for most of the month. This indicates that there is 1 sale for every 6 to 7 houses listed. Although I expect activity to pick up by mid September, buyers will be looking for well maintained, well-priced properties.
