Although single-family sales were down slightly in the first quarter of 2011, overall the market has been stable in the area. Hopefully, as the inventory increases for the spring and summer markets, activity will pick up, and the pressure on home prices will start to subside. Meanwhile, terrific opportunities exist for homeowners looking to move up in property location, size, or features. I always enjoy discussing Real Estate, the market, or helping someone plan a successful move, please call anytime I can be of service.
Please call if you would like more information, I am always happy to discuss Real Estate and market conditions.
