Single-family sales are off to a good start

As you can see, January single-family sales are up slightly from both 2009 and 2010. The current listing inventory is significantly higher than last year, and likely to continue to increase, so if listings continue to come to market at a higher rate than sales, we can expect pressure on property prices as spring approaches. If you are planning a move, I would be happy to meet and discuss your options, and the best way to approach the 2011 market.
