Although 2010 single-family home sales in the area decreased by over 15% from 2009, and over 20% from 2008, I think the worst has passed, and we will see a slow, steady recovery in the New Year. Panorama Hills has become a prominent community in Calgary's northwest, and I would expect the first quarter market to be strong.
