There have already been 12 sales of homes over $600,000 in the first five months of 2011, compared to 10 in all of last year. This confirms that the Panorama Hills market is improving, despite a slight decrease in sales overall, and an increasing listing inventory. As a result, throughout the summer, we should see strong sales for well priced, well-marketed homes.
Please call if you would like more information, I am always happy to discuss Real Estate and market conditions.
