Single-family sales in February rose slightly from the both 2009 and 2010. With good activity in higher priced properties, the average price increased almost 5%; however, this is mainly due to the higher priced sales. Since the beginning of the year, single-family inventory has already increased by over 30%, it is likely that prices will remain stable at best. Overall spring should be a good time for homeowners, looking to upgrade in house, or location.
Please call if you would like more information, I am always happy to discuss Real Estate and market conditions.
