Not only were single-family sales up in April, but two high-end homes were sold. This shows increased consumer confidence in both Real Estate in the area, and the economy in general. With a threat of increasing interest rates, a strong selection of properties for sale, and improved weather, there is no reason why strong sales activity should not continue in May, and possibly June. If you are considering a purchase, or sale, I would be happy to meet with you and show you how to make the best of Real Estate in 2011.
Please call if you would like more information, I am always happy to discuss Real Estate and market conditions.
