Fall inventory should attract buyers

As single-family sales were down once again from the previous month, and listings increased by over 10% in October, conditions are improving for buyers looking to move into the community. One noticeable trend has been the number of properties selling quickly, with four of the October sales being on the market less than a month. This is an indication that buyers are informed, and willing to wait for a good house at the right price.
