I continue to be optimistic about Panorama Hills Real Estate in 2012. Although single-family sales were down over 30% the last quarter of 2011, compared to 2010, inventory was also down considerably at year end. This could create opportunities for well priced, affordable homes to sell, more quickly, and closer to asking prices.
