Sales almost doubled, as activity picked up in both Panorama Hills, and many of the surrounding communities. Once again, starter homes, and entry-level houses dominated sales with only 9 homes selling over $ 450,000, and 2 over $ 500,000. With low interest rates, there has never been a better time to upgrade within the community. If you are considering a move, now, or later in the year, I would be happy to meet with you to discuss your best options.
