While overall residential sales and the average sale price for the city of Calgary dropped from June, Panorama Hills saw a modest increase in sales, and a positive increase in the price of homes selling. Over 40% of the single-family homes sold in July, achieved a selling price of between $450,000 and $550,000. This is a strong indication that the move-up market in the area is strong. As I indicated in June, with interest rates, and limited inventory, it may be some time before we see a better time to buy, or sell and move to your next house. If you are considering a move, I would be happy to help you plan a successful move.
