The average house price in Panorama Hills increased from $ 285,737 in 2004, to $ 324,384 last year. As well we saw an increase of over 20% in houses sold, while homes were selling in less time. With a shortage of inventory, and pent-up demand, I expect sales to be very strong for 2006, and prices to continue to rise. If you are considering a move, no one knows the market better, or works harder for clients.
