Interest rate decrease creates activity increase

It appears the decrease in the 5 year mortgage rate brought more buyers into the overall market in February. Of the 12 single-family sales in Panorama Hills, 8 sold for below $ 450,000. If this trend continues, it is only a matter of time before activity increases in larger, more expensive homes.
