Little changes as winter nears

Although sales and inventory remained stable in October, houses were taking longer to sell, and the gap between listing and sale prices increased. The overall indication is that we will see a flat market for the remainder of 2009. As Panorama Hills has become a preferred community for buyers moving up from starter homes, sales should remain steady for November and early December. Activity in that portion of the market has been strong. If you are considering a move, I would be happy to discuss the Real Estate market, and assist you in planning for a successful move.
